COURSE OBJECTIVES: Course includes Texas Rules and Regs. (protect facility, employees & guests) – Types of checks: character, academic, employment, & residence history, credit history, body language of applicants among other topics

Upon successful completion of this course participants will be able to identity thefts that can impact us, discuss basic steps to protect ourselves and ways to guard your credit cards, identify and report scams, discuss skimming, discuss malware, identify the signs of phishing emails, discuss smishing and vishing, and identify warning signs of a malware.  In this course we will also cover ethics.  Participants will be able to define ethics and discuss development of conscience behavior, and different points of ethics as it relates to private investigators.
