COURSE OBJECTIVES:  The course includes Texas Rules and Regs. How to find out if you’ve been hacked, how thieves stole more than $9 million in less than 12 hours & how they got caught, Cyber Espionage, how to stop hacking of individuals and companies, cyber threats to US electric grid, water supplies, railroad transportation, bridges, etc.

Upon successful completion of this course, participants will be able to identify thefts that can impact us, discuss basic steps to protect ourselves and ways to guard our credit cards, identify and report scams, discuss skimming, discuss malware, identify the signs of phishing emails, discuss smishing and vishing, and identify warning signs of malware.  In this course, we will also cover ethics.  Participants will be able to define ethics and discuss the development of conscience behavior, and different points of ethics as it relates to private investigators.
