Memberships belong to one academy. If you bought a membership on one Nuvola academy site (for example AACOG Regional or Classen-Buck), it unlocks courses on that site only.
If the assistant says your membership is on another academy:
- Sign in on that academy's site. The assistant gives you the link. Use the same email address you're signed in with now.
- Don't know that account's password? Click Forgot your password? on that site's sign-in page. The link goes to the same email.
- Optional: link the two accounts so you can switch between them in one click. See Linking accounts across agencies.
Want your membership on this site instead? Ask the assistant to open a support request, and a person will sort out which account should hold it so you aren't paying twice.
